Announcing the 2022 Timpview Cheer Tryouts! We are excited for this year and all the new things that are coming with the state sanctioning cheer! This will bring a few important changes, so please read all parts of the tryout checklist and the team expectations to make sure you have completed everything and are eligible to tryout!
Below is the tryout checklist and dates! We cant wait to see all the incredible talent we have this year!
PHYSICAL COPIES OF CHECKLIST CAN BE FOUND IN TIMPVIEW AND CENTENNIAL MAIN OFFICE
MANDATORY PARENTS MEETING: Wednesday March 24th @ 6:00 pm in the Cafeteria
MATERIAL RELEAESE: Monday March 21st @ 7:00 am on timpviewcheer.blogspot.com
MANDATORY CLINIC: Monday March 28th @ 3:30-6:30 in the South Gym
TRYOUTS/INTERVIEW: Tuesday March 29th @ Assigned time, meet in the Cafeteria
Please wear appropriate athletic attire including tennis shoes or cheer shoes if you have them. No jewelry or gum.
The final team will be posted Tuesday March 29th on timpviewcheer.blogspot.com
Tryout Checklist:

- The application can be found on HERE
- This is an electronic application, please use the link above to fill it out.
- Sign up and Complete Register My Athlete Profile
- Your Register My Athlete profile must be COMPLETE to tryout. HERE is the link to the Register My Athlete Site
- Returning athletes will need to register for the 2022-2023 cheer season and make sure all forms are complete.
- New athletes will need to create a Register My Athlete profile, register for the 2022-2023 season and make sure all forms are compete.
- All forms can be submitted either through the site, or by bringing them to Kim Davidson in the Timpview Library.
- If you have any questions please reach out to Kim Davidson
- Have at least a 2.0 and only 1 F on your 3rd term transcript
- Please bring a copy of your 3rd term grades and attendance to the first day of tryouts.
- If you do not meet these standards now you are welcome to tryout. You will be required to prove your 4th term grades to be eligible to continue on the team.
- Must attend mandatory Parents Meeting with at least one guardian
- RETURNING CHEERLEADERS ONLY: Must have all 2021-2022 fees paid off or a payment plan in place.
- Learn ALL material before the first day of clinic.

- We will not be teaching material during the clinic days. Instead we will spend time reviewing and cleaning as well as teaching technique. This is how all material will be taught this year, so we want to make sure that athletes are prepared for what is expected of them up front
