ATTENTION RETURNING CHEERLEADERS

Will all returning cheerleaders please turn in their blue uniforms at the first day of tryouts. We are no longer making this a requirement to tryout, but we plan on using the uniforms next year to help save money. The JV and sophomore squads will be wearing them and I need to get a count before the first week of May so that I can place an order for replacements if needed. We are letting you keep your orange uniform and your black uniform. Below is an explanation of how uniform fees will work this next year, and what the uniforms will be used for.

 Next year your fees will go toward purchasing one uniform that you get to keep and renting one uniform that you will turn in at the end of the year. Uniforms cost more than the fee we charge, so to cover this we rent one uniform and pay for the other. The school does not purchase anything for the cheer program. We have to pay for everything either through fees or fundraisers.

Next year we hope to make this rental process more clear by having what we call squad uniforms. In the future every squad will have its own uniform that is unique for its squad. You will be renting this uniform from the Timpview Cheer program, and that rental fee goes to help us update the uniforms periodically. To get this program started however, we need you to turn in your blue uniform because the JV and Sophomore squads will be wearing them as their squad uniform. If you are an underclassman, please put your name in your uniform and we will try and make sure you get the same uniform next year.

2024 Material

Here is the material for the 2024 Tryouts! All material needs to be learned BEFORE the first day of clinics. Learn the material from the back to make sure you are facing the correct way and use the front videos as a reference for arm positions.  Make sure you know EACH ROLL OFF! You will be given your roll off at clinics, but you will want to make sure you already know it as we will not be teaching them at clinic.  There is a part with tumbling! If you can tumble, TUMBLE! If you cannot tumble learn the dance portion. 2024 Team Announcement

Thank you to all those that tried out this year! The level of talent this year far exceeded what we were expecting and we had to make some very difficult cuts. If you did not make the team this year, please keep working on your skills and come back next year! Below is the new 2024-2025 cheer Team. As a reminder we are only making Team Placements today and will make squad placements later. If your name is below please fill out the google form at the end accepting your placement on the team!
