Term 1 Calendars

Click Below for the Term 1 Calendars:

As a reminder the all events (exon the calendar are mandatory. If you must miss an event, you must submit the absence 2 weeks prior to the event to be able to make up the points.

Calendar Break Down:

Block- The block is where JV cheerleaders sit during Varsity games to help with crowd-leading and to participate in pregame and quarter break performances. All JV cheerleaders will be required to attend Varsity homes games, but will rotate for away game. The JV squad assigned to each away game is listed under the game.

Spirit Events- You will be required to attend 5 spirit events a term. Spirit events are events or games of other sports that we do not already support. Any event put on by a Timpview group counts, that includes charity events, fundraisers, concerts, and competitions. You choose these events on your own. Do not save these for the end of the term! To receive points for a spirit event you must attend in a Timpview CHEER gear and submit a picture using the link on the blog.

Team Event- Team events are spirit events that we will attend as a team and will be picked by our Spirit Captain. They will be placed on the calendar and are mandatory events. If you cannot attend them you must tell Zoë and the Spirit Captain 2 weeks in advance to have the opportunity to make up the points. To receive points you must arrive on time, stay at the event for at least an hour, and wear Timpview CHEER gear, and check in with the spirit captain.

Volleyball Games- In recent years it has become a tradition in Utah to cheer at volleyball games. In order to keep our girls schedules light we have decided to rotate teams who cheer for the volleyball varsity team. The varsity teams will each cheer at 2 games, and JV will each cheer at 1. The assigned squad is listed under the game on the calendar.

Tumbling- The tumbling class is optional and run through Excelleration Tumbling Gym. It is on the schedule to remind those that are part of the class.
