2021-2022 Timpview Cheer Team

Thank you to all those that tried out this year! We had so much talent and we excited by all the potential we see! If you did not make the team, please continue working and come back next year! We would love to see you again!!

Below is the new 2020-2021 cheer Team. As a reminder we are only making Team Placements today and will make squad placements later in the summer!

If your name is below please fill out the google form at the end accepting your placement on the team! Please fill it out with correct information as we will use this info to contact you this weekend regarding upcoming events and practices.

Also, remember that we have a team meeting and uniform fitting is on Monday April 19th at 1:30 in the North Gym. An email will be sent out to those that have accepted their placement on the team with important instructions regarding that fitting, so make sure you have filled out the form ASAP.

2024 Material

Here is the material for the 2024 Tryouts! All material needs to be learned BEFORE the first day of clinics. Below is each piece of material and some tips for each, but for your convenience, here is a playlist with all material:  https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLgxkkxD1FTXgfrAbQg6DUmkgPlCC9qTQd Tryout Dance The videos from the front are not mirrored! Learn the material from the back to make sure you are facing the correct way and use the front videos as a reference for arm positions.  Make sure you know EACH ROLL OFF! You will be given your roll off at clinics, but you will want to make sure you already know it as we will not be teaching them at clinic.  There is a part with tumbling! If you can tumble, TUMBLE! If you cannot tumble learn the dance portion. Tumbling is part of our routines, so it will be expected for you to be able to tumble DURING a routine, not just on a mat.  Tips for a good dance score: perform with clean sharp motions!  COUNT the music.
